Once the undisputed leader of Europe, the Portuguese Golden Visa program has seen its record-breaking performance cramped by the other high-performing European Golden Visa competitors, such as the country of Greece, the country of Malta, and the country of Ireland, over the last year. – The application numbers for the Portuguese Golden Visa program were steadily slumping in the year of 2018.
